Our high-performance Polyurethane (PU) Wheels for Pipe Roller Stands are engineered specifically for heavy-duty pipeline installation, fabrication, and maintenance. Designed to replace worn-out rollers on pipe stands, launching frames, and HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) equipment, these wheels provide superior load capacity while protecting delicate pipe coatings from damage.

Cast from premium-grade polyurethane elastomer and bonded securely to heavy-duty steel or ductile iron cores, our wheels withstand the extreme loads, harsh site conditions, and abrasive friction encountered in oil & gas, marine, and industrial piping applications.

Pipe Coating Protection: The resilient polyurethane tread prevents metal-to-metal contact, eliminating scratches, gouges, and damage to external anti-corrosion coatings such as 3LPE, 3LPP, FBE, and yellow jacket insulation.

Exceptional Load-Bearing Capacity: Formulated with high-durometer polyurethane compounds (typically 85A to 95A / 60D) to handle heavy-wall steel pipes without flat-spotting or permanent deformation under static loads.

High Wear & Tear Resistance: Superior abrasion resistance ensures an extended service life during long-distance pipe pulling, launching, or continuous rotational welding.

Heavy-Duty Core Construction: Precision-machined steel or cast-iron wheel cores ensure maximum structural integrity, outfitted with heavy-duty sealed ball or roller bearings for smooth rotation under load.

Environmental & Chemical Resilience: Highly resistant to moisture, seawater, UV radiation, oils, greases, and harsh job-site chemicals—ideal for both onshore and offshore environments.

Wheel Profiles: V-Groove (V-Roller), Concave / Radius Profile, Flat Tread, or Custom Contoured.

Tread Hardness Range: 80 Shore A to 95 Shore A (custom hardness available upon request).

Outer Diameter (OD): Customized to client drawing.

Hub & Bore Configurations: Keyways, internal bearing seats, or plain bores to fit target axle dimensions.

Core Material: High-tensile Steel, Ductile Cast Iron, or Aluminum.
