1. Regularly check the wear of the wheel surface

2. Keep the track clean and flat

If there are iron filings, debris, and potholes on the ground or track, it will accelerate the wear of the polyurethane wheel and even cause partial degumming of the wheel surface. Keeping the track clean is the key to extending the life of the wheel.

3. Avoid overloading

Each polyurethane wheel has a clear rated load. Overloading is not recommended, otherwise it may cause deformation of the wheel core, peeling of the rubber coating or decreased rolling performance.

4. Control the operating temperature

The performance of polyurethane wheels will decrease in high temperature (such as over 80°C). Avoid long-term operation in high-temperature areas, or choose a high-temperature resistant polyurethane formula.

5. Correctly select the hardness and ratio of the wheel

Different industries or uses have different requirements for the hardness of the wheel. The higher the hardness, the stronger the bearing capacity but the poorer the shock absorption; the lower the hardness, the more suitable for light load shock absorption, but it is easy to wear. Reasonable matching can be made according to the equipment running speed, load-bearing requirements, and use site.
