1. Basic requirements

1.1 Material: Wheel tread material is cast polyurethane (Shore A95), and the rim is made of carbon steel or aluminum alloy.

1.2 polyurethane properties: Shore hardness 90A ± 2A, 300% modulus strength ≥ 12 mpa, breaking strength ≥ 40 mpa, elongation at break ≥ 450%, permanent set ≤ 20%, and peel strength 50 x 10³ n/m. 

1.3 guide wheel load capacity: At a speed of 15 km/h, the permissible load per wheel is 1350 kg; at a speed of 10 km/h, the permissible load per wheel is 1670 kg; at a speed of 6 km/h, the permissible load per wheel is 1829 kg; and at a speed of 2 km/h, the permissible load per wheel is 2050 kg.

2. General requirements

2.1 The normal service life of the polyurethane wheel tread shall be no less than 6000 hours or 2 years; the service life of the wheel bearing shall be no less than 15000 hours or 5 years; and the service life of the metal rim shall be no less than 10 years.

2.2 All parts shall be free of defects that would affect their use, and exposed metal surfaces shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment.

2.3 Products shall be inspected by the supplier's inspection department and accompanied by a product inspection certificate and maintenance instructions.
